- ZMZahra M3 days ago1.0I visited this post office to make a business cash deposit. I have made deposits over £1000 at other post offices with no issues previously. My bank allows deposits of up to £4000 at the post office. This post office refused to deposit the cash and said it is because their branch is limited to £1000. When I asked to see the written evidence of this, they could not provide it. Steer clear of lying businesses such as this.

I have never had such an appalling experience, the women at the till should be held accountable. They lost my package, she refused to look for it told me to come back next day as her son and husband will “look for it”. After I had sent my brother she refused to serve him and told him to leave the store, even after I had told her yesterday that I will send my brother instead. Yesterday she was fine with a digital ID but when my brother goes in she was rude and told him “I am refusing to serve you” she made him travel 45 to get the ID. If you have rules you should stick to them not change them on a day to day basis. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
