Enfield Branch - Incredibly Unprofessional and Rude
A review of the appalling branch on Enfield High Street, London.
I am a business customer and spend thousands on shipping. You might think I'd be a valued customer but no. All of the women who work at this branch are astonishingly rude and dismissive.
It took four trips to ship my orders. First time: "payment system down" - zero apology, refused to offer me a way to find out when it would be back online. Ordered me to go to the bank and get cash out for them, like I was a dog. I can't do this because it will mess up my accounting. Asked for a phone number, they refused, told me to look on Google. I'm sure knowing full well the branch numbers aren't on there, so a lie.
Came back next day - im told the service I already charged my customers for has been suddenly withdrawn with no warning, and that services may change randomly at any time?!
Now I have to lose money AND the service isn't secure. They send me away to research if there is another Royal Mail service at the depot rather than helping me. It's closed.I'm sure they knew that too.
I come back a third time - I'm told they are too busy, come back another time. I say it's the third time I've been in and my customers are getting impatient. "Doesn't matter, third or fifth time". seriously, what kind of way is this to run a business, to speak to people?
I took my money to the Bush Hill branch who are 100% professional and lovely. The extra journey was worth it. Not looking back.
Avoid this disgusting branch at all costs unless you enjoy dealing with entitled, rude people who behave like they are doing you a favour rather than your money paying their wages. Absolutely zero respect for customers or their profession. I had even bought them a cake for Christmas ...
*EDIT - they claim here the branch number is available - another lie. The only number on Google is an 0345 number that clearly states the branches cannot be contacted. I'm sure they are aware of that.
NOTE - they avoid responding to the other accusations.
Their CCTV footage will show them not doing their job and me leaving in pure frustration, pain and torment. Treat people with respect if you want to be treated with respect.
Examine your footage and you will see the member of staff deliberately not pushing my package through the size test slot in order to overcharge me. I know they did it on purpose because the exact same package already went through loads of times. Is that not against the law?
what did they expect, for me to put up with their rudeness, lies and incompetence indefinitely? Pretending to care about the customers well-being is a joke, they are rude to everyone as far as I've witnessed.

Really rude staff, especially the Indian guy there. He does not have any manners, has no clue about being professional, he believes he can treat the customers like they are his people...Shame...He needs to get " anger management classes "I would not recommend this place to anyone.
