Absolutely no queuing system. People who seem friendly with staff walk straight to the front of the queue. When I mentioned this, a member of staff suggested that I beep like a car! Very unintelligent and sarcastic response. Also not enough information taken by staff when using special delivery. Your to large post office in Treorchy. Polite and helpful staff. Proper queuing system.
