They actually lied to me and told me that the digital check and send was not for under 5's at all and had to do a paper application. I called Caerphilly and the lady was more than happy for me to go there and sort it. Honestly, the 3 ladies in Caerphilly were so lovely and helpful unlike the bloke in Ystrad. Go straight to Caerphilly, do not even bother withh Ystrad.
