- CNChris NApr 11, 20262.0Used to be a nice friendly little PO and shop but the shop is now terrible and the shop staff are rude and unwelcoming and unhelpful. There also seems to be some friction between the PO staff and shop staff. After a couple of bad experiences recently I will take parcels elsewhere now - Newton PO is much better.
- TBTerri Jane BeckettMar 7, 20261.0I normally use the wonderful Hoylake post office, however today I missed them as they had just shut so I got the train to West kirby to pay some money into West kirby Post office. Well never again shall I set foot in this place. I had my dog with me, for context a little cavalier, no sooner had I got in the shop the rudest man screamed at me, "Get out your not allowed in with dogs" now to make things clear, I understand not everywhere allows dogs, it's the way I was spoken to, or rather shouted at. I questioned why? The shop was empty. He shouted "I don't know it's just a post office rule now leave it outside or get out" now I know he was lying as Hoylake post office allow dogs. I'm not tying my dog outside with the amount of dog thefts happening. The rudest rudest man, customer service at its worst. Lesson to myself, check Hoylake opening and closing times!!
