All staff members are so lovely and do everything they can to help me with my parcels. I use their post office a few times per week and have done for a couple of years now. I would say the reviews saying they are rude is probably a reflection of how they themselves treat the staff. I am always polite to them and I get that in return.

This is a fantastic post office and I will not use any other. It's not perfect just like everything else in life but the staff are very nice people and very professional and that's all I need.
