I don’t expect an incredible customer experience from a corner shop but I just dread using this post office now. Some members of staff do not speak to you or acknowledge you even whilst serving you. You are muttered at when they do and everything feels like one big inconvenience. Get the basics right, say hello and smile!

Man in the post office is horrendously rude and does not want to help and this show in his attitude
He started raising his voice at me and telling me to leave after i had asked for help
When i recorded his conduct he immediately rang 999 and got the police to try and remove me. When they arrived they realised he was over reacting and took no action against myself as i had not done anything wrong
Have made a severe complaint to post office but they do not care also
DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE

Had to go into the shop and pick up a parcel from Amazon, I couldn't believe how much it has changed and it's selling a lot more than it used to,a nice place to get any little things that you may have missed in the supermarket.
