  Told me it was too late to check a parcel and to come back tomorrow, it was 45mins before the royal mail closing time. Shop was empty but they clearly couldn't be ars3d. I will be avoiding in future.

  Always excuses for not taking parcels; the printer has broken, you're past the collection time so you need to come back, we're only taking royal mail tracked 24 not 48 today... Stick to Nutgrove post office down the road, no hassle there.
