- GKGus Keatingtoday1.0Renewed my driving licence here and had a photo taken all for ÂŁ21. The application was rejected by DVLA because the photo submitted by the post office was not up to standard. A waste of my time and money. This was done 3 March and now, 26 May, after much stress and phone calls to Swansea, I now have to pay again for another photo and re-submit asap.

- LBlorraine bestApr 11, 20261.0Really bad service ,wasn't busy for a Saturday came at 12 am to get my passport renewal .They said it was too late and go somewhere else as postman comes at 12.30 pm a they close at 1.30pn .Only take 5 minutes to do passport 🙄 my only time to get passport done as I work self employed and can't do any other day and no other time quicket to do yourself online as I have a Holiday booked .I waisted time parking petrol and getting there queued up waited and I done my hair and make up ready for photo .They didn't care . Wouldn't spare 5 minutes
