Pretty forgettable experience. One female member of staff (brown hair, middle aged) was rude, abrupt and unprofessional. Felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. Really need to do better

To the lady member of staff with the Scottish accent. Thank you very much for helping me with my driving licence. Could not ask for better service.

Posted something via DPD to Ireland, and they put the wrong post code on to the system. Mistakes happen, which I understand- this isn’t my issue. When I noticed, I went back in and the dark haired member of staff was so rude about it, and assured me it would get there, as I had put the correct postcode on the front of the parcel. This member of staff always seems to speak to me in an unpleasant manner. A week later, the parcel is now lost. Spoke to the manager and he advised me he would look into it, and to attend the branch with proof of postage. Attended the post office and the Scottish member of staff was so lovely and very apologetic. The dark haired woman slammed a Royal Mail claim form on the desk and then proceeded to speak to me from behind a wall. Told her it was DPD and the manager was dealing with it for me, and she made a loud huffing noise. A week later, still heard nothing and the parcel is still lost. Have now had to make a complaint.
Thank you to the lovely Scottish lady- always a pleasure to deal with.

The lady with the dark hair needs a lesson in manners. So rude and passive aggressive. Thought she may have a bad attitude problem, although she makes a point of being super friendly to other people whilst I’m in there, but rude to me. Ive only ever been polite to her, so not sure what her issue is. She seems to be more polite with the men….. If you don’t like your job to the extent you have to be so rude, maybe find another one?

This is the easiest, most efficient, best post office I’ve ever dealt with. Admittedly, I’m American and I’ve mostly dealt with American post offices — which can be pretty hideous — but this one is brilliant and visits never take more than a few minutes. A+++
