Where is the mail from a few months ago? an employee named Imran said he wouldn't serve me😔 He didn't give a reason, so I'm afraid it's based on discrimination, probably because of my disability. It's good that I can file a civil lawsuit against this person. People who discriminate against others should not work in such a high-profile position. See you in court, Mr. Imran.

Following yesterday’s incident at the Post Office branch in Newton-le-Willows, I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received.
I had two parcels to send. The employee scanned both labels and then asked me which scan belonged to which parcel. I calmly explained that I did not know, as I was not the person scanning them and therefore had no way to distinguish between the two.
The employee then became aggressive, raised his voice at me, repeatedly held papers up against the glass window, and shouted while demanding that I identify which scan belonged to each parcel.
Only after I informed the employee that I would be making a formal complaint did his tone begin to calm down.
The incident took place a few minutes before 4:00 PM and was fully recorded on the branch CCTV system.
This behaviour towards a customer was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. A formal complaint will now be submitted to together with a request to preserve the CCTV footage of the incident. Copies of the complaint will also be forwarded to the relevant authorities and organisations.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would, Horrible costumer service, manners ect and it’s always this new man that’s also in charge I’m pretty sure, being horrible and creating a hostile environment, but hell I mean if my whole life was working at a post office I’d be pretty mad too. Anyways, twice I’ve been there now served by the same man: been extremely rude when I came in and asked for my parcel saying they don’t have it and getting angrier anytime I insisted they do, when on both occasions I shown them the address says here to which he then asked someone else (his son I presume) to go find the parcel (like sorry you have to do your job like what?), awful place would not recommend and it’s a shame really because it’s only that man that ruins it for everyone else.

Could someone explain to me why children are entering a room at the post office that is off-limits? There's money, packages, etc., in there.
