- ADAnna DJan 19, 20261.0Tried to charge me £14.90 to send a parcel to Northern Ireland. I questioned this multiple times as it was very expensive, I was repeatedly told it was right. It was only after she printed the label and it said international parcel I realised what was wrong and pointed out NI is not international. The lady had to then check this with a colleague. I then had to wait a long time whilst she made a new label. I’m not usually one to complain but a post office worker not knowing NI is part of the UK is extraordinarily poor.
