I’ve taken DPD parcels to this place as it’s listed as a drop off, the woman I dealt with was snotty and very unhelpful saying we don’t take them. No explanation just that. Had to send a complaint to the post office but they didn’t respond so avoid it all together now.

Update. Can management please explain why they bother to employ the older grey haired "lady". Rude, surly, deliberatly unhelpul, unprofessional, clearly very unhappy, discrediting her colleagues. Should be nowhere near a public facing service. Another member of staff standing behind her pulling faces at her. Some staff very helpful but majority are miserable and unsmiling. Clearly do not like working there.
