Went at 9:30am to send s9me parcels to be told the post office counter doesn't open until 12:30. Maybe looking at other comments they need to change their opening hours to whenever we can be bothered.

This post office should not be listed as open and also the phone number is not answered. I just had a wasted journey (one of many for customers as the opening times of the post office are completely random). I just went at 11.30am. The post office is closed. The guy in the shop says the post office may be open from 1pm and that they have no telephone number - so you can't call the number on the website to find out if they are open. Useless. Not so bad for me but rubbish for any pensioners etc walking there and having a wasted journey.

The PO counter is almost never open at the advertised hours, and even when it is, the guy running it is sullen and has no sense of urgency. He acts like he’s doing you a favour. This setup clearly isn’t fit to be a post office.

Awful post office. Gone twice to collect a parcel and found it closed. Saturday it was only open for 90mins! What type of business is that!!! Went again midweek after checking their website, which said they were open to only find them closed again! Only open from 12.30pm, this is not on considering it’s the week before Christmas. I won’t ever designate this post office for collection, I’ll go to the one on Aigburth Road.
