Very disappointing experience at this Post Office. The staff were rude and unhelpful, with no effort to assist or explain anything. I simply asked about a bill, and it was handed to me in a dismissive way without any explanation. It felt like asking a basic question was an inconvenience.

I expected much better customer service—this was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

Really poor counter service by disinterested staff who do not acknowledge you when serving and prefer to interact with colleagues. Always an awful experience. The manager really needs to get a grip and look at customer service.
