Returning a parcel today for the first time, female member of staff seemed annoyed that she had to scan the barcode on my phone because I had to unlock it.
I presented the parcel box and she barked “take it out the box” x 2. Then said without eye contact or acknowledgment of the person in front of them “ you get a email off them” and immediately turned her back to me.
I wondered if people had had this reaction before and then read the other reviews. It has!
Post office obviously do not read negative comments and don’t care about their customers.

Awful customer service, I was barely acknowledged throughout the process of my parcels being prepared for postage, the person serving me actually just pointing at things for me to do and didn't explain what they were doing or tell me how much i needed to pay, they kept chatting to their colleague and another customer next to me. When they wanted me to pass my parcels to them through the door they shouted 'HERE' to me as if I'm a dog. And when I needed to sign a form they pointed at it and shouted 'SIGN'. A shocking interaction.
