Today there was an altercation between a postal worker and a Deliveroo delivery driver. The delivery driver was polite, while the postal worker was extremely rude and used vulgar language. I didn't understand much of his language; he seemed to be a young, short, dark-skinned Arab man with half his mustache shaved. He was very unpleasant. I hope the postal service manager will choose employees with good manners, not the opposite. I've seen all the negative reviews about your office.

Quería ingresar dinero y se hizo con mucha amabilidad y el trabajador hablaba español. Por cierto en el otro extremo tenían una máquina de café y me pude tomar uno bien hecho.

Polish woman is always very rude and abrupt, has refused taking coins to put on personal bank account (guessing she can’t be bothered counting the money or something) but your a post office you shouldn’t be refusing service at all? Post men don’t refuse large parcels because they can’t be bothered delivering them. Her attitude is disgraceful. Needs a few lessons on how to work with customer service as she clearly doesn’t smile or have a gentle approach.

Rude and refused to take a parcel as too big as was Royal Mail and not Post Office. He is often on his phone talking when serving you and shuts at random times for lunch. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
