I had a disappointing experience at the Post Office when I went to get photos for my visa.
The female staff member was very unhelpful. She initially told me to use the machine without offering any guidance. As a result, I ended up taking incorrect photos and also lost money in the process. When I approached her again, instead of assisting, she simply told me to ask the shop staff member who operates the machine which she could have told me earlier.
Thankfully, the shop staff member was very helpful and guided me properly and I was able to get the correct photos. I really appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help.
However, the behaviour of the female staff member felt dismissive and unprofessional and at times came across as discriminatory. Customer support should be consistent and respectful.
There is a male staff at this post office with whom I had few interactions in past he is really helpful and professional.
