I would recommend going elsewhere if you can. Absolutely shocking customer service. Refused to do my ID verification as their screen said my counci tax bill had to be issued AFTER 31st Oct 2023, my bill was issued 15th March 2024. Both staff refused to do it so I had to travel to another post office who did it without a problem. Wasted over an hour on the phone to the verification team as I was told it was MY mistake when it clearly wasn't. Should have read the reviews before I wasted my morning queuing & trying to explain with unhelpful staff who obviously know better. Hope you all have a day as fabulous as your attitude!

Staff are rude unhelpful Unfriendly and quite confrontational. I have to use this post office regularly and find the experience really unpleasant. It seems a requirement to work there to be have no basic manners or customer service skills. It's not just the service I have recieved personally but also how I have observed other customers being treated.
