- CCCaradogNov 25, 20241.0Criminally understaffed and run down. Nothing against the staff - I feel bad for them. They are stretched thin and really struggle. Huge queues and when you do get to the counter they tell you to go to the self-service. Self-service should be a choice. The post office itself is in the basement of WHSmith and feels hugely neglected. And the prices! £4 for a single brown padded envelope. It's daylight robbery!
