Manager and worker REFUSED official documents on the basis bank statements didn’t say “printed in branch” eventually the manager walked round to the bank to question this, to be told the bank don’t print anything of the sort and to accept my documents as they will only send me the same ones but in colour, went back to the post office for them to say, If the in post statements I get sent don’t say “printed in branch” which they got told wouldn’t. They might accept them for the paper quality! Attended a different post office who accepted my documents and got sorted. Don’t attend here bunch of jobs worth.
