- RMRich MorenoNov 10, 20221.0Avoid. 1 star as cannot select 0. 3 weeks ago, I went to post work mail. No staff to provide Post Office services. No indication when there would be. Today, went to buy foreign currency. After queuing for 10 mins, was told I couldn't be sold Euros by the staff in store. No apology nor information that might help. To me, this reflects the Post Office and Store not managing staffing levels, provision of advertised services and basic customer service. Counter staff are not the issue. Worst case scenario, put up a notice as to what you cannot provide, so people who have already spent time travelling don't waste more time queuing for no reason. In both cases, it was the middle of the working day. In both cases, I have had to drive or walk to Romiley Post Office to get the services Woodley couldn't or wouldn't provide. Both times, good service at Romiley. If they cannot consistently provide advertised services, maybe this store should just stick to selling newspapers, energy drinks and fudge.

How do I deposit a cheque at Post Office?
To deposit a cheque, you’ll need to bring the following to your nearest branch:
*The cheque
*A completed deposit slip from your bank, if applicable. Please contact your bank to request paying-in slips as these are not held in Post Office branches
*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)
Please do not enclose cash. Full instructions can be found on the cheque deposit envelope.
Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
