- KKKieranJun 23, 20251.0Terrible experience at this Post Office. I was served by a lady named Mansi, and from the start, her attitude was rude and dismissive. After dropping off a parcel, she threw my receipt down without a word. Then, when I tried to withdraw cash, the card machine kept saying re-insert. Instead of assisting, Mansi snapped, "I'm not doing this all day," and told me she’d only try one more time, in a very rude and unprofessional tone. When I asked to speak to the manager, Elaine, she brushed me off and said she didn’t believe what I was saying, adding that Mansi “has good customer service.” I found that response dismissive and insulting, especially as I was calm and respectful throughout. I was with my young nephew at the time and trying to set an example. Instead, we were both made to feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. The whole experience felt racially motivated, and no customer should be treated this way. Completely unacceptable behaviour.

Unfortunately, I did not wrap up or box my item as Amazon's instruction was inaccurate. However, Chamaine went above and beyond to assist, so that I could return my item. I have not seen this level of customer service over a decade. Thanks ever so much Chamaine....😄

How do I deposit a cheque at Post Office?
To deposit a cheque, you’ll need to bring the following to your nearest branch:
*The cheque
*A completed deposit slip from your bank, if applicable. Please contact your bank to request paying-in slips as these are not held in Post Office branches
*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)
Please do not enclose cash. Full instructions can be found on the cheque deposit envelope.
Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
