- JDJ DMar 14, 20251.0Had an Evri return via Amazon. On the official Amazon email, it stated: 'Evri Drop off - No box or label needed'. Brought a small return item in without box, yet staff member behind the counter was reluctant to take it and was adamant that it needed to be packaged. He eventually took it albeit very hesitantly. Asked him when I would expect to receive my refund, he said "I don't know."
