Sent a valuable parcel via this Post Office, the tracking claims it is still there months later, absolutely no help whatsoever, now hundreds of pounds out of pocket and having to go through the claims process, just a miserable experience whether it's at this shop or online trying to get compensated for losses Royal Mail incurred, won't be using this place or even RM in general again.
