Definitely needs improvement in customer s service , they sent my parcel back to my address when i dropped it off for returning to the provider, it came back and i had to take it to another post office to return . HOW I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE DROPPING OFF MY PARCEL . Can relate to how rudely I was treated and refused that I had not dropped off a parcel when all the 3 members saw me drop it off , good job i went back after getting an email that it was going to my house and found it in the big box , yet all 3 were faffing about but couldn’t see a big parcel . I really don’t understand has to why they are working there when they are not doing the job .

I've been queuing up recently to pickup my Evri parcels at the clearly signed Evri parcel drop/ pickup counter, as it's actually separate to the post office kiosks. Today I went to pickup a parcel, at said counter, where there was one person being served. The Lady said I'd have to join the Royal mail kiosk que and wait to be sent over, by the kiosk attendant. When I got into poll position and explained to the kiosk attendant, I'm picking up an Evri parcel, she said go back over to the Evri parcel counter, and tell her I sent you over. Honestly, either I'm losing the plot, completely, or someone else is.

Came in to return some items at 9:00, no staff there, waited 20 mins and still no staff. I'd make sure to get there after 09:30 just in case the staff need some extra time in bed.

How do I deposit a cheque at Post Office?
To deposit a cheque, you’ll need to bring the following to your nearest branch:

*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)

Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
