- NBN “NB” BJan 2, 20215.0This was my previous review: ‘If you want to be greeted with a scowl and great big huffing sigh, treated like an inconvenience and wait whilst the shop owners pay their own bills, discuss shopping and dinner arrangements, and take personal calls on their mobiles whilst ‘serving’ you, then visit this Post Office. Absolutely disgusting.’ UPDATE: Since Lauren and her team have taken over this Post Office has done a complete 180! I ignore the two branches nearer to my home and make the pilgrimage to this branch because I am GUARANTEED to be greeted with friendliness, smiles, and great service. Lauren has created a village shop feel combined with the Post Office element. It is cosy and welcoming without being twee. I have nothing bad to say about this business and the staff. Other shop owners should come here and see how it’s done.
