I was at the counter for a multi currency travel card and basically everyone in the queue was able to hear all my personal information - the agent could not type a single word correctly when he had everything in front of him written and had to correct and repeat everything for him. Also, poorly trained on the subject he could not even use the platform efficiently to complete the job. As if they don't have space to have a private corner for these services? Yes, they have loads of empty space they just don't care. Finally, lately when you enter the specific branch it looks as if you are at the post office of a different country (guess which), they even speak their own language during work while serving customers. It used to be a good branch but not anymore.
