Rod is a nice employee, there is never a problem with him when sending parcels, he always smiles, wishes me a good day, asks if everything is okay. But another, Chinese man even shook me when I saw him working, because I know he will find someone to blame that something is wrong, he often does not accept parcels, talks to himself and it seems like he decides everything about what can be sent and what cannot, he always has something wrong, he takes a meter and measures it and does not accept it because the parcel is too big for him, then he has to go to the Moston line post office and send it from there, so how can it be that he does not accept the parcel for her, another post office accepts it? I do not understand why there are so many complaints about her, why is he still working? Or he always tells me how his wife sells things on eBay and he knows everything, it feels like you are his competitor, you sell something to her yourself.

Great local Post Office with general store. Friendly staff. (Keep looking for the PO) not obvious to find! - It is in the far corner from the entry door right at the back! Good hunting 😀

I dont know why no one look into this - The gentleman in post office is extremely rude and ill mannered. I had experienced it everytime … he opens parcels and talks to customers rudely. Never ever going to this postoffice. Royal mail should take notice

How much cash can I withdraw at a Post Office counter?
The amount you can withdraw in a Post Office branch will depend on any withdrawal limits in place on the specific account you hold with your bank. If you’re unsure, please contact your bank directly to check.
Do I get charged for making cash withdrawals at Post Office?
No charges are taken at the counter however some banks may charge.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
