Wish I can give it a zero, firstly I went there and there was this orange sticky substance on the floor everywhere. I then got to the cashier and explained in English what I wanted to do. She did not understand me and told me to write down the address. I explained that I did not need to do so as there is an address label that I can stick on. The other cashier got involved, gave me a dirty look and demanded that I write it. I left the envelope on the side and left the office. On my way to another one. I wouldn’t waste your time here.

I have been trying to telephone Middleton Post Office. But all I keep getting is unnecessary information and nothing to direct me to the right person. Just an automated voice telling me to press buttons that are not applicable.

Not sure why all the negative reviews, I had quite a decent experience using them, staff were a little "short" with me but considering how mad busy they seem to get I can totally understand. Will probably visit again but staff not as friendly as my local sub po.

If you have a parcel to post at this post office - I would advise that you take half a days leave from work in order to stand in the ridiculously long queue at this post office. Also, if you're as unlucky as I often find myself when it comes to this particular post office, you will arrive here to find it closed... Or, on one of many lunch breaks. After another wasted trip today...I am now driving to another branch 😖
