After that I found that the Driving Licence service that I need was closing at 17.00 but on the website was saying 18.00. So, all in all, not quite happy.
- FFFJan 8, 20205.0I went here yesterday and two members of staff made my experience one of the best I've ever had! On a day where everything seemed to be going wrong for me, these two shone and brightened my day. Kind and with a unique charm, these ladies gave a superb and efficient service. I went in feeling sad and left feeling content and like I had just made 2 friends. The first lady was a lovely Indian lady (Gulimas I believe) who was sat next to Lucy, the second of this incredible duo. Keep it up. The best customer experience I have ever had!
