What's the point in paying for 24hr if they are gonna sit on your parcel for over a day before it goes anywhere? Update! They are still holding parcels for longer than they should and people are paying for 24hr delivery and they are ignoring this and still saying back log! I've raised a complaint with head office so hopefully they will get a kick soon and be told to actually do there job properly
