When I sent a parcel before, I was charged extra for stamps, and today I sent what should have been a standard letter but was charged as a large letter instead. The fees did not match what I expected. I hope staff can explain the postage categories more clearly before charging, so customers don’t feel confused about the pricing. This is the second time I sent a letter after 5 p.m. At last, the staff told me to put my letter in the postbox outside after I bought the stamps. They didn’t keep any letters after 5 p.m., but today I can send three letters through the staff. Interesting.

There was just one female assistant on the counter working really hard, she deserves a star. Only one other member of staff ,male. Who saw the length of the queues , but just appeared to be fliting in and out. Not supportive of his colleague at all , even when he could see she was rushed off her feet. This branch has gone down hill since its been taken over. Can't see it lasting much longer, sadly . Thats privatisation for you !
