Staff are just rude, really off putting to go in there. No hello or bye, and every time I deposit money into my bank it’s always an issue or like it ruins there day to count a little bit of money!
Costs nothing to have manners that’s what I don’t understand.

Asked me if I wanted 1st or 2nd class post for a medium box parcel, visibly containing many items. Led me to think that 1st class postage was tracked. Caused lots of stress over a very important parcel. Tracked 24 costs the same.

Used this post office a few times now since my local post office closed.
Not had an issue with it or anybody who works there. So cannot comment on other people's experience.
Yes it wasn't what I was expecting inside as I assumed it was a shop with a post office, which is exactly what my old post office used to be.
At least I don't have to wait for shop customers to be served before I'd be seen which was always an annoyance.
