I'm giving four stars purely for the poor lass who was running things by herself
She was running back and forth between the post office counter and the self service machines which refused to work properly and were not helped by us dumb customers who couldn't figure out how to work the machines.
She looked so stressed yet she maintained her professionalism.
When I was leaving, a fight in the counter queue was occurring due to the length of the wait and customers getting irate, the self service customers all wanted her attention still also.
This is all to much for one person and you need to give that girl a bonus AND hire
more staff in. That girl is clearly hard working, but there is only so much a person can take and this girl looked like she is at at the end of her tether.
You will.lose a good worker if you don't manage this.

Really busy place do to lack of members. 1-2 persons maximum every time.
If you wanna lose your time, this is the perfect place to lose a half of your life.
This place really needs a better management as there is very busy every day!

One of the worst customer services. I usually go to the post office in harrow because the customer care at this post office is very bad. They choose random times to stop collections. It’s so sad for business owners like myself. A suggestion would be to hire more staff

Terrible customer service. I was in meetings all day today and had to rush to the post office to send a letter. There was still time before closing yet both the ladies were shouting at everyone that they were closed. There was a problem with sending the type of letter, so I just wanted a little help yet they kept yelling a me that they were closed, even though I got there early and were speaking to me like I didn't speak English. I honestly hate this post office now because these people don't know how to talk others and no respect or empathy for others. After I got home I was just mentally exhausted.
