Staff don’t know how to communicate and that one particular man is condescending, rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the only parcel I sent from here was sent severely damaged and opened!

A young man was serving customers, and I had more than 15 Amazon returns to process. He was extremely patient, handled all of my returns efficiently, and remained polite throughout. The service was excellent, and the staff member was very professional and helpful. We need more people like him providing customer service. Thank you for the great experience!
