- AعائشةSep 17, 20262.0Terrible wait times and severely understaffed. I visited around 12 PM to send a small package and was met with a massive queue of 20+ people. The entire process took nearly 45 minutes of waiting. The branch feels very run-down and desperately needs a revamp.. They need to seriously handle the manic lunchtime rush. On the positive side, the customer service was okay once I was served, and the lady at the counter was helpful despite the chaos.
