Its so nice to have a good old local post office in our area. Saves me the hassle of going elsewhere where there’s traffic. Never experienced rudeness from the staff. I don’t think it’s intentional.

Man is always mute like robot. So I always consider this post office as a robot working there. No talking or greetings or emotions. Hope post offices will close forever due to this unhappy staff.

Extremely rude staff, poor customer service. Been here about three times, and regretted it every time. The old lady is so rude and grumpy, she snatched the parcel and then literally threw it into the box. Last time they gave a receipt, this time I asked they said no, it will come by email, very aggressively and so moody. However, last time the parcel got lost and wasn’t even registered. Thank god I had a receipt. They need to get rid of the owners and replace them. Avoid this place completely

I posted an item to sent off to an address. For confidentiality sake, I would just give the first 3 of the post code, which was N22…. I sent the parcel and I was given a receipt. As far as I knew, I thought all that mattered was a reference number so I didn’t really bother to check the postcode entered by the old lady at this post office. Mind you, this was a second class post so it was to be received at least 3/4 days. The recipient contacted me after a while telling me she hadn’t received it then it dawned on me to check the receipt and tracking number. I checked and the parcel which was to be somewhere in London has landed in Manchester. Not knowing the old lady had inputted M22… instead of N22. Guys, I know what I wrote on the parcel. I know exactly what I wrote. I called Royal Mail the next morning to see if something could be done. They told me no unless I wait for the item to be sent to the National returns centre or so. I went to the post office to see if anything could be done. They never accepted their fault. Instead they gaslit me saying I had put a wrong post code which wasn’t true!! Guys see the photo. She lied. She called who I presume to be her husband and they both made me feel very bad!!! I think Royal Mail realised that the post code inputted was wrong so they had to cancel it and write the correct one
