- MOM OG8Jul 3, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I went to return a Royal Mail Freepost parcel, but the staff didn’t seem to know how to process or scan it correctly. Instead of trying to help or explaining the issue properly, they were rude and dismissive. I left without being able to return my parcel, which has delayed my refund. Customer service needs significant improvement, and staff should be better trained on handling Royal Mail Freepost returns.
