  Farwa and Sekinda are very professional customer service advisors. Farwa was very informative and provided some essential info regarding the banks that operate from within that site for different customers on different days. This was very helpful info because there are friends and family that are HSBC customers, that still go to Uxbridge or wherever for their banking, and those people I can tell to just go up the road on a specific day the HSBC advisors are there, and you can be assisted. Sekinda was very professional and provided a great service regarding my transaction. Both a great team, wonderful smiles, professional and welcoming. Kind regards all :)

  I would like to take a moment to say how wonderful all the staff at my local Post Office are. Every time I visit, I am greeted with such kindness, patience and genuine care. A special mention goes to the lovely senior lady who works there. She is incredibly warm, friendly and caring, and the way she patiently serves every customer is truly heartwarming. Her colleagues are equally kind and welcoming, and together they create such a pleasant atmosphere. I visit the store quite often, and I’m always impressed by how patiently and respectfully they treat everyone, even when it is busy. In a world where good customer service can sometimes feel rare, their kindness really stands out. Thank you to the entire team for always serving the local community with such patience, warmth and a smile. You are all very much appreciated! ❤️

  Staff is not good 1 lady on the last counter not good she speaks like she pay us for anything that much rude she is.. Soft spoken makes u perfect person not rudely..

  Horrible service, dishonest people. I initiated my return collection for two of my products through them and both of the times they lied about showing up at my doorstep. As if that lie wasn’t enough they then inform the company each time that they rejected the item because it wasn’t in shape when that wasn’t the truth because they never even showed up at my doorstep but their dishonest workers do this so that you are unable to book another collection date and the blame is on you. Im a disabled woman who cannot drive so home collection is easier for me but royal mail workers are so dishonest and horrible that I cannot use such services anymore. I will look into my legal options to take action against them because this is pure discrimination and dishonest practices painting me in a bad light.

  i've been visiting west drayton post office for close to 3 years and have had a great experiance with the staff. during peak hours it gets busy so conversations are naturally shorter as they try to attend to everyone waiting, but that's understandable. the head lady in particular has been brilliant. when i was new to the country and sending a parcel to germany, she suggested signed and tracked postage instead of the cheapest option, which turned out to be the right call. more recently i received a suspicious package from a marketplace and she kindly let me check it before marking it delivered, turned out to be empty, and i was able to get a refund since it wasn't accepted. small things like this make a real difference. if you're unsure about anything courier related they're happy to help, just avoid the busiest hours, around 1130 to 12 is usually quieter.
