They don't seem to know how to treat customers with basic respect and instead create unnecessary problems over simple tasks. I was standing and waiting for my turn, but despite arriving first, I was told to go behind another person for no apparent reason. I didn't argue because I didn't want to create a scene, but the experience only became more frustrating from there. I had a straightforward package to send, yet the staff kept making unnecessary issues about how I was handing it over instead of simply processing it professionally. To make matters worse, they were reluctant to issue a receipt, even though providing one is a basic expectation and standard practice. As I was leaving, one member of staff started making unnecessary hand gestures, repeatedly motioning for me to come over in a very disrespectful manner. There was no courtesy or professionalism in the way I was treated from start to finish. Overall, the service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and unnecessarily stressful. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially for something as simple as posting a package.
