- DSDee S1000RRMay 26, 20261.0Rude, Patronising and sarcastic! I asked for the cheapest signed for post delivery. Got a sarcastic tone and comment back. She ended up charging me for the most expensive way possible in the end. The postage labels were tossed over to me and she expected me to put them on myself and place it in the parcel bag myself. Not a problem, you just sit on your backside dear and i’ll do your job for you. It’s not strange that there are similar 1 star reviews for this place with similar experiences. I’d rather use the Post office in the village next time. 0 issues there!!

We dropped off a few prepaid 24 service parcels and he told me not to use his office because he made nothing from these transactions! Rude, abrasive and abrupt Harry didn’t want to really accept the parcels? I thought that as a post office it was their duty to accept these cartons. This man needs a lesson in customer service and maybe get a better attitude to his customers… What a miserable unhelpful man!! If the post services are a problem then stop being a Post Office!!
- SRSushma RobertsAug 7, 20231.0I went in for a stamp and the guy was so sarcastic and rude for no reason doing the most to make me feel stupid and trying to sell just one stamp for £1.90 with a minimum spending limit of £3 to tap which is separate from the stamp till so I had to get cash anyways? So overcomplicated for no reason so I just went to Londis and the guys there helped me out in no time charging just £1 for the stamp. Fix your attitude before you serve customers!
