  Abysmal. DO NOT GET A ROYAL MAIL ITEM DELIVERED TO THIS “ COLLECTION POINT “. I was suppose to have a parcel delivered. I wasn’t going to be in. So selected Twickenham as the collection point from the Royal Mail website. When I arrived to pick up my parcel, they told me this was not a service they provided and had refused my parcel. Meaning that it was returned to the sender. How can you just pick and choose which services you decide to offer. Either you’re a post office or you’re not. The worst post office in the country!

  I asked the man working here a polite question about how to return Amazon parcels and he was extremely rude and snapped saying have I not read the sign. Which was a small handwritten note saying they’re unavailable at the moment. The tone he used was unacceptable for a polite question.

  Horrendous customer service and incredibly rude staff. I ordered a present online for my daughter and selected collection from a local post office at checkout. Received confirmation of delivery and pick-up details from the vendor so headed down to this place to collect the item the same day. When I arrived I was told they had no record of the delivery and that it must have been sent to the local sorting office instead. I left and later checked the delivery address which was confirmed as this post office so returned the following day to be told once again that the item had not been received. Noticed while talking to the lady at the counter that the list of deliveries they were checking was a printed copy that was dated the previous day. Eventually established that the item was there and as the lady was about to retrieve it for me the (I assume) owner walked over and started shouting at me claiming that I shouldn’t be getting items delivered for collection from his post office as he makes no money from them. Ended up having a 5 minute shouting match with him over the counter during which he threatened to have the item returned to the vendor rather than simply doing his job and handing it over. I would ask this man why is his post office listed as a collection point for online retailers (as is clearly shown in the attached screenshot) if he has a hissy fit when a customer decides to use that service? I’ll never use this place again and I would strenuously urge anybody reading this not to put a penny in this man’s pockets!

  Absolutely horrible customer service. The tall guy, I believe he is the owner is simply a disaster. Always rude, unprofessional, very arrogant, no respect to anyone. No greetings ever He never communicates in English with his colleagues in front of the customers. I asked if I can bin the small package which was broken and the items were falling off, he said no, I said ok, that’s fine, I completely understand that. But when I started tearing off the label, simply to dispose it separately from the box, which I wanted to carry back home, he rushed to me from behind the counter and nearly shouted at me for doing that. I actually got scared by this aggressive behaviour and rushed away trying to avoid the conflict. I checked other reviews, so many people describe exactly the same behaviour from this guy. How is this even possible that he is still there The most unpleasant experience. Will be trying to avoid the place as much as I can in the future. I genuinely don’t understand why people think they can behave this way. Rude, disrespectful and zero wish to help others. I have to be honest, the lady working there is always nice, very polite, kind and professional, willing to help.
