So selected Twickenham as the collection point from the Royal Mail website. When I arrived to pick up my parcel, they told me this was not a service they provided and had refused my parcel. Meaning that it was returned to the sender. How can you just pick and choose which services you decide to offer. Either you’re a post office or you’re not. The worst post office in the country!
