don't exchange money here they offered just over £160 for 225 euros which converts to just under £195 so basically over a 15% markup which is almost double most reasonable places (euro exchange in kingston is better)

No delivery service from a Saturday to reach on a Monday. If you post something on a Saturday even first class or recorded it won’t get there until Tuesday. Unhelpful verging on rude staff. Not sure how to respond to the comment from the owner so posting here: My feedback is based on Royal Mail taking too long to deliver a letter as already mentioned. The response to my review is sadly defensive, misses my point, unkind and not curious as to how to improve. The standard response when dealing with a customer is to apologise and empathise if a service cannot be delivered and suggest an alternative. I did not receive this and this is where you could improve as opposed to berating your customers. Your average score on Google is 2 so I’m clearly not the only one who doesn’t think the service is any good. I am more than happy to go to a more local post office where the people behind the desk are helpful.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The most unpleasant and hostile environment I’ve experienced in a Post Office. I came to drop off business parcels after already confirming everything with Royal Mail, so the process should have been simple. I have sent parcels for my business from other locations many times before and never had any issues.
Instead, the male staff member with a beard was extremely rude, dismissive, and shouting throughout the interaction. He was not helpful at all and didn’t even properly explain what the issue was. I remained calm and polite, but was spoken to aggressively in a very hostile manner. He could clearly see that I was becoming distressed and anxious, yet his attitude and hostility did not change at all.
He was also speaking harshly to other customers while I was there. As someone who suffers from anxiety, I found the whole experience extremely distressing and unprofessional. Customer service at this branch seriously needs improvement.

Very disappointing experience at this post office in Twickenham, across the road from Waitrose supermarket. I came to send an insured return parcel following the instructions provided by the company. Instead of calmly explaining the process, the bearded man working there, wearing a black hat, became rude, raised his voice at me, and told me not to come back with such questions again.
He also started asking personal questions about where I was from, which was completely inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. Customer service should never be aggressive or intimidating. I understand that not every service is available, but there is a professional way to speak to customers.
I later checked the Google reviews for this post office, and many people seem to be complaining about the same man and his rude behaviour towards customers, so it clearly is not only happening to me.
I ended up paying for the parcel myself and leaving feeling upset and stressed.
