Went on a friday when the opening times are (theoretically) 10-2:30. Arrived at 1pm and the whole place was shut. This is now the third time this has happened. If your opening hours are only 4 hours a day for the love of God at least be open for those 4 hours.
I understand that the place might be struggling financially but it's going to continue to struggle if they don't ever open their doors to the few customers who haven't already given up on the 'Post Office.'

Friendly and helpful staff, very understanding! I posted a parcel here that Parcel Force failed to deliver. Unfortunately I lost my tracking number, I went back today, three weeks after posting it, and the gentleman there helped me find my tracking number from the day I posted the parcel so I can raise it with Parcel Force. Absolute hero! He didn’t have to take the time to help me, especially during the pandemic, very glad he did though!!
