The female staff member is usually helpful, but I repeatedly have problems with the male operator, who I have found very rude to customers. This evening, when I asked why we are always told the same thing when we come in, he replied, “Don’t interfere with my business. Go to the Post Office then. Why do you come here?” Very rude and disrespectful customer service.
