I give two stars because the lady who works there is a patient angel compared to the man who works there. Today I wanted to send a package to Poland and from the beginning he started yelling at me when I wanted buy envelope and write adress. When he made a shipping error, I gave him the polish postal code multiple times and I asked for a refund he started shouting on me, calling me an idiot, and cursing straight to my face. Do you understand? The employee calls the customer an idiot, curses customers to face and there was two more customers waiting wand watching everything... This man should never work with people. He has to be an owner, I guess that's why he works there. Bloody hell... I've never experienced anything like this before.
