A great local Post Office with excellent service. The owner makes a huge difference — always friendly, professional, and welcoming. Every visit is a pleasant experience, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. It’s refreshing to receive such consistently helpful and courteous service. Highly recommended! 😊

The Asian lady behind the glass was very rude yesterday, as usual! Couldn't be bothered to even attempt to help me with my query. Asked the gentleman at the main front counter, and he was most helpful, and it took him 30 seconds. 1 star for her and 5 stars for him!

I love supporting the local shops along the avenue, but I now actively try to avoid this post office due to the consistently poor customer service from one specific staff member. While most of the staff who work here are really nice and helpful, the older blonde woman is repeatedly rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Her uncomfortable attitude and unpleasant way of speaking to customers happen every single time. It’s a shame, as the rest of the team is great, but her behaviour ruins the experience.
