While most of the staff who work here are really nice and helpful, the older blonde woman is repeatedly rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Her uncomfortable attitude and unpleasant way of speaking to customers happen every single time. It’s a shame, as the rest of the team is great, but her behaviour ruins the experience.

- DDDawnApr 23, 20251.0Asian woman at post office counter so rude and unhelpful and after asking for the lowest priced possible tracked service tried to deceive me when she knew there was a cheaper alternative product. At least she wasn’t self absorbed in her mobile today like she usually is. No smile or acknowledgement from her ever. Maybe it’s her business but won’t be going back there as she gives the shop a bad vibe ! Shame because the other staff seem to be very helpful !
