I travelled from home in very hot weather and arrived at around 3:30 PM, only to be told that the Post Office service was closed because it was Saturday. When I pointed out that the published opening hours showed it should still be open, the staff member responded unprofessionally, saying that he had already told them but “they don’t know.” There was no apology or attempt to help. If the Post Office counter closes earlier than the advertised hours, the information should be updated to avoid customers making unnecessary journeys. The inaccurate opening times and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience.
