I went to deposit some money yesterday afternoon.
The woman who served me took about 10 minutes counting my money, when she told me how much I had, the amount she said was £200 less than what I had counted.
I told her that that’s not right and that she should count it again, about a minute later she came back with the correct amount.
It could be a misunderstanding, but with how quick she came back with the correct amount after originally taking 10 minutes to count it, seems sketchy….

Very bad experience inside the post office southall king street . The post person is kind and helpful but mid age guy on counter is so rude with his tone for no reason .Don’t have any manners and doesn’t know how to speak with customers. I urge everyone not to buy anything from his shop and stand up for yourself whenever he speak rude to you . Treat the person the way he treats you and don’t buy anything from his shop .

Extremely disappointing customer service. The person at the counter was unnecessarily rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone when I asked a simple question about the Post Office. Instead of politely explaining that they couldn’t help, they told me to “go and ask the Post Office” and complained that people keep coming there and “wasting their time.”
There is no excuse for speaking to customers this way. If you don’t provide a particular service, simply say so politely. Respect costs nothing. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously because this was completely unacceptable.
