In the many years I have been using various post offices, including one near my house, I haven’t encountered this level of customer service and support anywhere else. They go the extra mile to ensure that my parcel post codes match my labels, which saved me from sending a parcel to the wrong address once. Seriously, keep up this amazing service! I hope you get recognised by the community and featured on the local news as the best post office in the Ealing borough!

I never see a person like that in my life I went to this Post Office twice to return a rice cooker I had purchased from Amazon. The first time, I travelled there with my children while carrying the rice cooker and all the packaging, only to be told that there was no stationery available to process the Amazon return. I went back again about two weeks later, once again carrying the whole package from home. This time, I was told that the return labels were finished and that they could not generate any more labels. It was only shortly after 10am, and I was told that the last label had already been used. The staff member was also very rude and unhelpful when I tried to understand why the return could not be processed. It was extremely frustrating to make two separate trips carrying a large item, only to be turned away both times. I understand that supplies or equipment can sometimes run out, but the way the situation was handled and the lack of helpful customer service were very disappointing. I would expect a Post Office to provide a more reliable service and treat customers respectfully.
