As the parcel was important, my wife paid by card. We have now raised a complaint with Royal Mail . Actions will be taken against these scammers.

The opening sigh says there suppose to be open but wasn’t. Also I came the same time as the delivery driver and he also had to leave as the shop wasn’t open to collect or drop of people package.
