- BPBhavika PSep 20, 20261.0SCAMMERS - Don't get anything delivered to this post office! I paid for postage from John lewis 48hrs tracked. I went to collect my parcel and the lady said I have to pay get my parcel, I said no I dont. She then got a black marker and marked my box - she crossed off where it said 'no payment due at post office. She wouldn't release the parcel to me. I was arguing and she is RUDE to say the least on a normal day! She charged me the price of a first class stamp, when I asked for the receipt she threw it behind her and said I'm not looking for it there at too many receipts in the bin! Anyway I complained to John Lewis and they raised an investigation through the post office. John Lewis customer service were amazing and even confirmed straight away via telephone call while I was still in the shop, but she point blank refused to even speak with them, so I put it on loud speaker. John Lewis gave me £10 gift voucher for the invconineice. I also raised it with the post office who are investigating the shop. She even had the audacity to say go and complain to royal mail, its their rules lol. They are thieves to put it nicely. Trying to be smart, she refunded my original 'stamp payment' as I wouldn't leave the shop and she said I've got customers to serve. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! (Finally found the time to do this - better late than never)

It is a busy PO, at times there are queues but they deal with it efficiently and quickly. Recently, they have had a very efficient helper Rahim, their cover for holidays. He has transformed the counter, looking so well organised. Well done
