They will try their very best to get you to pay for their higher priced tracking service even if you don’t need your parcel or letter to be delivered with urgency. Please make sure you know which services are available prior to going because they will not tell you! I shall be uploading video evidence if they do this again seeing as they feel they can get away with this to fill their pockets.

When I gave them my package and they saw that I already had packed it they refused to send it and started to make excuses when the person in front of me (who brought items in the shop) got served. This is injustice and intolerable
