She was absolutely brilliant in helping and advising me on how to send a parcel to Europe. I had previously gone to another local post office with the same parcel, where they were unsure about the correct process. Madhuri was very confident and knowledgeable about the latest rules and requirements for sending parcels abroad. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which was especially helpful as I had found the information online quite confusing. She even helped me complete the form and made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. Her patience, professionalism and willingness to help really stood out. An absolute star and a credit to the Post Office! I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Madhuri for her excellent customer service.
