- MMMelilAug 12, 20265.0During my visit to the Post Office today, I had a very welcoming experience, the staff were very kind and helpful as always but I was very shocked when I was waiting in line and I witnessed a young person who was very arrogant, rude and abrasive towards the staff who was trying to help and patiently explained what she should do but the young person decided to show aggression to the staff by shouting at them and taking a photo without consent. When I saw the person's review (which was written by someone called Sally, earlier today) I was appalled by how she twisted the events that occurred today and I clearly saw how upset the staff was because of this.

The staff go out of their way to be helpful, they are always kind and well-mannered and I’m never disappointed with their service, even when busy.
