Although the lady I spoke to regarding my misplaced delivery was somewhat helpful, I believe the poor customer service received by many needs significant improvement. The unhelpful online chat, contact us webpage that provides no contact details, and long waiting times need tackling. I am understanding, however, in this instance, I have been left very disappointed. I hope that in the future these concerns are addressed, especially during this difficult time.
